At MyBrakka, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return period: 14 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• How to return: Contact us at support@mybrakka.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

• Processing time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Final sale items and personalized products cannot be returned.
• Damaged, worn, or washed items will not be accepted.
